Andrew Klebanow brings over four decades of experience in the casino industry, including more than 20 years as one of the most respected independent gaming consultants in the world. His career spans from Las Vegas executive roles to international consulting assignments across 17 countries, including Vietnam, the Philippines, Uzbekistan, and Cambodia.
Closer to home, Andrew is a leading voice in tribal gaming, having worked with over 50 Native American tribes on feasibility studies, market assessments, and strategic planning. His rare combination of academic rigor, operational knowledge, and global perspective has made him a go-to resource for governments, developers, and operators seeking clear guidance and data-driven insight.
Andrew has completed consulting assignments for hundreds of properties—from regional casinos to integrated resorts—and is known for his ability to deliver deeply informed recommendations grounded in both field research and financial modeling. He’s visited over 1,000 casinos worldwide, giving him unmatched context and comparative analysis capabilities.
Before founding Klebanow Consulting and co-founding Gaming Market Advisors (later Global Market Advisors), Andrew served as General Manager of the Santa Fe Casino in Las Vegas and Vice President of Marketing at several major hospitality brands. He also holds a Master’s in Hotel Administration from Cornell University, where he remains a regular guest lecturer.
In addition to his consulting work, Andrew has authored 170+ industry articles, contributed to academic journals, and helped shape the professional discourse around gaming development, marketing strategy, and hospitality planning.
